We now offer remote accounting to many of our clients. Clients who can and do live miles away from our offices in Boston, value this slightly unusual system. The popularity of this service seems strange to some but the following may better explain why.
Cost - our system is highly computerised and our staff are well trained to ensure your book keeping is handled rapidly and efficiently. The tedious, mechanical side of accounting, data input is handled quickly saving costs overall.
Business Effciency - As soon as we receive your documents, monthly, weekly or even daily in some instances, the data is entered and a detailed snapshot of the financial health of your company is available on a secure webpage or by a suitably encrypted file sent to your email. Our system gives you the support of inhouse book keeping at a fraction of the cost. The level of service is for you to chose.
Advice - Many clients liken the relationship with their Accountant to that of a doctor to his patient. Trust is built up over a period of time, but this can be a costly exercise. We may never be able to replicate this relationship but you can be assured that our advice will always be based on hard facts. We offer telephone and Skype consultations or will be pleased to meet you at our regular regional surgeries.
